  • According to the return/exchange policy, a product can be returned and exchanged for a new one if it is found to be damaged.

Exchange Process:

  • Parcel opening video is mandatory for Return/Exchange Orders.
  • The item must be in the same condition in which you have received it.
  • The return should be initiated by the customer within 3 days of receiving it.
  • We will arrange a reverse pick up from the address once the return request is confirmed by the Team.


  • Opening Video of the package received is mandatory for Return & Exchange for us to investigate and take action.
  • Without the parcel opening video, complaints won't be taken into account.
  • No return and exchange is permitted due to color variations.
  • Due to variations in color gradation, the colors you see on your device monitor may slightly differ from what you actually see. 
  • On receiving your order, please inspect it carefully whether it's defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. If the parcel seems damaged or torn when you receive it during the delivery, do not accept it.
